Rules For Generative AI By Neil Blevins Created On: Mar 24th 2023 So a few weeks ago the US copyright office issued a policy
for the use of Generative AI artwork with respect to copyright. It's
called "Copyright Registration Guidance: Works Containing Material
Generated by Artificial Intelligence". I highly recommend reading the
full text, but wanted to give you the TLDR here in this video.
Hopefully it will answer some of the questions you may have about the
legal standing of Generative AI imagery.
