Is My Model Finished? Not Yet,
Consult The Modeling Checklist By Neil Blevins Created On: Aug 7th 2026 Updated On: Aug 8th 2026 Software: Any
Before calling a 3d model done, especially if you're working for a
company and passing the model to someone else, you should go through
this modeling checklist to clean it up. Every pipeline of course has
it's own specific things you need to do before calling the model done
and ready to hand off, but this list should get you most of the way
there with any piece of modeling software. So before saying your model
is done, it's not done till it's been cleaned up, and I hope this list
helps you do that.
